While Thin Edge Films roots are in live action and documentary, a slew of animated shows have been
produced under our watch and made it to air over the past decade. Below are some of the highlights:
Teenage Euthanasia
Set in a mildly apocalyptic near-future, Teenage Euthanasia centers around the Fantasy Family and their inland Florida funeral home, Tender Endings.
Headspace Guide to Meditation
In 2020 Thin Edge Films teamed up with Augenblick Studios and Vox Media to create a series of episodes for Headspace centered around the themes of meditation and sleep.
The Shivering Truth
A stop motion animated, surrealist anthology oozing out of the mind of Vernon Chatman.
Zoolander Super Model
In this animated serialized movie, ridiculously good-looking superheroes Derek Zoolander and Hansel defend celebrities and regular people from the dark forces of the fashion world.
The Jellies
This 2D animated show follows a family of jellyfish and their 16 year old son Cornell.
Ugly Americans
Take New York City, add every horrifying beast, science-fiction freak and fantasy faerie and you basically end up with Ugly Americans.
Xavier Renegade Angel
This 3D animated series stars a self-absorbed and oblivious faun-like shaman wanderer that speaks in a surfer accent with delusions of grandeur.
Wonder Showzen
While not fully animated, this sick and twisted faux kids, variety show made for MTV2 is what started Thin Edge Films down its deep Alice in Wonderland-like animated spiral.
